Refunds normally appear on statements about a day after a pass is canceled, but can take up to 5 business days.
Sometimes passes that are canceled shortly after purchase result in a "voided transaction," meaning the charge was canceled before it had a chance to process. When this happens, the purchase just disappears from your statement, meaning you will not see a corresponding refund. So if you can't find a refund on your statement for a canceled pass after three-to-five days, the purchase was likely just voided and will no longer appear.
Please note that purchases made via PayPal more than 180 days in the past may be subject to longer refund processing times.
