This policy applies to event parking passes only. For standard parking reservations, please refer to our Cancellation Policy or the step-by-step guide on How To Cancel Your ParkWhiz Pass for more information.
What is an event pass?
An event pass is tied to a specific event, like a concert or a game, and you’ll see the event name listed on your pass. If your pass only displays a date and time with no event name, it’s more than likely a regular parking pass and follows our standard cancellation policy.
If your event is canceled or postponed more than one hour before the event is scheduled to start, you're entitled to receive an account credit or a refund.
If your event is canceled or postponed less than one hour before the event is scheduled to start, your parking pass becomes non-refundable. Please see our Terms of Use for Motorists for more information.
In the case that your event was postponed more than one hour before the event is scheduled to start, your parking pass will update automatically to reflect the new event date.
