Why was I forced to pay again on site?

Good question. Additional fees are collected on-site for a few reasons. These include (but are not limited to) paying for an "over-sized" vehicle, a shuttle service, or for violating the time-frame on your parking pass.

If you believe you were wrongfully charged an additional on-site fee, please contact us at support@bestparking.com or (877) 882-9016 to discuss what happened. If possible, keep the receipt of your on-site payment and email in a photo to support@bestparking.com; this will help us expedite a resolution for you.


Please contact our Support Team within 14 days of the end of your reservation, noting the timestamp you attempted to park but would not, and your Parking Pass number. We will address the issue as soon as possible!
