How to update payment method

You can add or delete your saved payment methods anytime through the BestParking app or website. At this time, editing existing payment details is not supported. If you need to update your card information, please delete the old card and add a new one.


On the Mobile App

  1. Open the BestParking app and log in with your email and password

  2. Tap the Account button in the bottom menu

  3. Select Payment Methods

  4. To delete a card, tap Edit next to the card, then tap Delete

  5. To add a new card, choose the correct category (Credit/Debit card or Commuter Benefits Card), enter your payment information, and tap Add payment


On the Website

  1. Visit www.bestparking.com

  2. Sign in by clicking the Sign In button in the top-right corner

  3. Once logged in, hover over your email address in the top right and select Payment Methods from the dropdown menu

  4. To delete a card, click Delete at the bottom of the saved payment method

  5. To add a new card, click + Add Payment Method, enter your payment information, and click Save


Note for Canadian Users

If prompted for a ZIP code, enter the three digits from your postal code followed by two zeros. For example, if your postal code is A2B 3C4, enter 23400. Contact your card issuer if you have any questions about using your postal code online.
