Most parking providers' online rates are equal to or less than their drive-up rates to offer customers a special deal for booking in advance. However, some high-demand parking spaces are sold for a premium online because a space will be reserved for you - sometimes, even if the lot is sold out for drive-up customers.
Given that the BestParking service provides peace of mind for a saved space, we can't issue a refund for any difference between the online and drive-up rate.
