Booked one pass but see two charges on your bank statement? Sounds like you accidentally booked a duplicate pass at the time same place & time. Don’t worry, we’ve got your back. Shoot us an email with the Parking Pass numbers (noting which one you won’t/didn’t use) and we’ll reply within an hour. We’ll gladly refund “duplicate passes”, those which are exactly the same location and timeframe, no questions asked.
As a best practice, refrain from tapping the purchase button more than once every 60 seconds. If the screen still appears to be loading and you don’t see a confirmation screen nor email, go ahead and try again.
