When will my credit card be charged?

Reservations:

Your credit card will be charged at the exact time of your booking, regardless of the date of the parking itself. Charges will show on your bank statement as “ParkWhiz LLC” if made through ParkWhiz directly. Luckily if you book in advance, you can always cancel for a full refund up until the start time on your parking pass.

Park-then-Pay:

Your credit card will be charged when your session ends.

Refunds for purchases made directly through ParkWhiz may take up to 5 business days to process. If your purchase was made through a partner site such as Groupon or Ticketmaster, please allow up to 10 business days to see the funds returned to your original form of payment. Issues with partner charges should be brought to that partner’s support team directly as ParkWhiz is not the merchant of record in many of these cases.
