I was a BestParking customer before; do I already have an account set up?

If in the past while using BestParking, you pre-paid & reserved parking outside New York City, you do have an account. To log in, visit the sign-in page and click “forgot password”

If in the past while using BestParking, you pre-paid & reserved parking only in New York City, you do not have an account. If you’re unsure, simply visit the sign up page and follow the steps to enroll in a new account and we’ll make it easy for you either way.

Fun fact! You may continue to use BestParking and/or ParkWhiz by checking out as a guest on web only. Which is to say that, you can search & book parking without ever setting up your account or logging in - just enter your email and payment information at checkout. Should you ever want to explore the benefits of managing your payment methods, vehicles, or past & upcoming bookings, everything will be there waiting for you whenever the days comes that you do set up a password.
