Adjusting your account info is easy and can be done on a mobile or desktop device. You can also manage payment methods and saved license plates in your account settings.
On a mobile device, open the app and log in using your email and password. Click the “Account” button on the menu at the bottom of the screen, then click “My Profile.” Edit your information and hit “save” in the top-right corner to save the changes.
If you’re using a mobile browser, go to www.bestparking.com and hit the hamburger menu in the top left corner of the screen. Sign in using your email and password, or if you’re already signed in click “Account Settings.” From there, you can edit your information and hit the green “update” button to save the changes.
On the website, go to www.bestparking.com. If you’re not signed in, click the sign in button in the top-right corner of the screen and enter your email and password to sign in. If you are signed in, hover your mouse over your email address in the top right corner of the screen, then click “Account Settings” from the drop down menu. (You can also click right here to jump to that page!) Simply edit your information and hit the green “update” button to save the changes.
Forgot your password? Visit this link then click “Forgot Password” then follow the prompts.
