The location was full when I arrived

Please check all available signage and confirm with an on-site attendant when possible that there are no spaces left. Many facilities who sell through BestParking will put out signs stating “full” to deter drive-up customers from parking, meanwhile there are still spaces held for online reservations.


In the unlikely event that there are no spaces available, you are entitled to a full refund of your parking pass with proper documentation. 


Please go to go.parkwhiz.com/refund and fill out the form within 14 days of the end of your reservation noting the time and date you attempted to park but could not. For faster reconciliation, please include your parking pass number.
