In the unlikely & rare scenario that you experience any theft or damage while parked on a BestParking pass, please reach out to the facility directly for recourse. You can Google search the company listed under “operated by” on your pass, or submit an inquiry to the BestParking Support Team and we’ll gladly provide the contact information for your location.
Since BestParking does not own or operate any locations, all damage or theft claims must be filed directly with the parking provider. If you have not already filed a report, we recommend emailing the management company directly to begin that process. There must be an established paper trail with the facility and it's best if one was filed before you leave the facility. Additionally, in case of theft, you are more than welcome to contact the Sheriff's office to file a claim with them as well.
The BestParking Support Team is happy to help where we can to escalate this, and ensure the case is given proper attention from the operator, but ultimately we’re a third-party and we are not liable for the safety of persons or property. As such, we make no assumption nor claim that the operator will offer reimbursement or recourse of any kind.
