Troubleshooting the app.

Parking has never been easier to find and book than with the BestParking app! Available for iPhone and Android.

If you ever feel that you’re running into a glitch with our apps or something has gone awry:

  1. Ensure that you’ve got a strong data/wifi signal – close and open other internet-based apps and ensure they’re working.
  2. Force quit the app, then re-open
  3. At times, you may need to uninstall/re-install the app
  4. Restart your device. Most smartphones these days should be routinely restarted 1x/week to clear cached data.


In case you’re in a pinch and don’t have time for the above, simply log in to your account on your mobile web browser (Safari, Chrome) to access your current passes or even to book parking.
