Once you open the app...
- On the Home screen, you'll see "My Passes" just under the search bar. Tap on the ticket icon to view upcoming and past bookings.
- From the menu icon ( ☰ ) at the top, select "Parking Passes".
Either way, you'll need to be logged in to the app (using the email used when the purchase was made) to view passes. If you never set up a password or simply need to reset it, click here, then click "forgot password". You can also call or text us for an assist!
