I never received a confirmation email.

First, check your BestParking account to make sure the booking went through. Once in your account, you can view your pass and also check to see if there was a bounce on your email address for some reason.

You may also want to check your spam or promotions folder, as certain email servers will route our automated confirmation email with your pass there.
